Orders and acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send a shipping confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may decline or cancel an order—for example, if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment or address information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Prices and availability. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We do not charge different prices based on payment method.

Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. Transactions are processed over an SSL-encrypted checkout. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Delivery. We ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Handling time is 1–2 business days; transit time within the contiguous U.S. is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free. We select an appropriate carrier from USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and package size, and provide a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For consumers resident in France, the statutory right of withdrawal described in that policy applies and is not limited by the voluntary return conditions.

Intellectual property. All content on this website, excluding third-party brand names and product images, is owned by or licensed to Ryvotools. Product brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you a license to use any trademark without the prior written consent of its owner.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory rights of consumers in France.
