Shipping policy

We ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Handling time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Transit time. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. This is an estimated range, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Carriers and tracking. Depending on the destination and package size, we select an appropriate carrier from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If tracking does not update withinafter the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@ryvotools.com.

Undeliverable or unavailable items. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and cancel that item, with a full refund to the original payment method. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or refund the order minus the original shipping cost (which is zero on free-shipping orders).
