30-Day Return Policy and Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Ryvotools offers returns under two separate frameworks. The first is the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in France and other applicable jurisdictions. The second is our voluntary 30-day return policy, which operates in addition to—not in place of—the statutory right.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (France). If you are a consumer resident in France, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may send this statement to info@ryvotools.com with the subject line “Right of Withdrawal – [Order Number]”. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. Return shipping under the statutory right of withdrawal is at your cost unless the goods are defective or not as described, in which case we bear the cost.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (beyond the statutory right). In addition to the statutory right above, Ryvotools accepts returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging, or that have a verified quality defect. This voluntary policy is a commercial commitment that exceeds the minimum legal protection available to French consumers; it does not limit or replace the statutory right described above.

To initiate a return under this voluntary policy, email info@ryvotools.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Please include: (a) the place and date of purchase; (b) proof of purchase; (c) photographs of the product; and (d) the reason you are not satisfied. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is free under this voluntary policy. There is no restocking fee.

Refund timing. Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider typically posts the refund within 8 business days after we initiate it. In total, please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear. We will notify you by email or phone once the refund has been initiated.
